Hi, I’m Daisy, the maker behind freckled Ivy. Im a self-taught silversmith and mum of two, creating handmade jewellery inspired by natural treasures.
My journey into silversmithing began back in 2021, during lockdown. I had just moved to Devon at the time and found myself spending time walking along the beach, collecting pieces of sea glass and shells that caught my eye. I wanted to turn those finds into something meaningful and wearable. So, I dove headfirst into learning, watching videos, picking up basic tools, and experimenting at home. I quickly fell in love with the process, and even more so with the idea of turning small, forgotten pieces of nature into one-of-a-kind jewellery.
After a short break to welcome two little ones into the world, I now work around the beautiful chaos of mum life—creating during naps, late evenings, or whenever I can get a quiet moment. Every piece is handmade with care, inspired by nature and a deep love for slow, intentional design. I’m so excited to finally share my jewellery with you.
